QuickBooks Online has partnered with Melio, a free, integrated payment solution that allows QBO users to easily pay business bills in the office or on the go.
Bill Pay powered by Melio is fully integrated with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Mobile (QBO App in the App Store and Android Market for free to all QuickBooks Online subscribers). Business owners can pay bills or schedule payments across devices with just a few clicks and without leaving their QuickBooks workflow.
The service is free for bank transfers (ACH) and checks, and business owners can use their credit card (even when credit cards are not accepted) for a 2.9%.
Bill Pay also helps bridge gaps in payment preferences: businesses can choose their preferred payment methods (ACH, credit card, or debit card), while vendors can receive the funds in their channel of choice – a check or a bank deposit – without having to sign up for any service.
